I'm sure it's GNU Radio's fault, because in SDRuno Bias T works properly. I also measured voltage from the Bias T when I start running the program, it starts at a couple of volts (like 2-3 V but it's dropping too fast to measure it with multimeter) and then quickly approaches 0 V.
